Rhythmic techniques and stretches applied to the body, this is full body massage and it is done on a mat with clothes on. It is often called lazy yoga. This allows your body to relax and release tension and stress.

 I use these techniques before we start any deep tissue type of work, it helps prep your body and reduces trauma.

 Stretch therapy is the scientific application of techniques to treat physical problems associated with tight muscles and restricted joints. When performed properly, stretch therapy can help prevent injuries and improve performance.

 IASTM (Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization) treatment is a therapeutic technique used by trained healthcare professionals such as physical therapists, massage therapists, and chiropractors. It involves using specialized instruments to detect and treat restrictions and scar tissue in soft tissues (muscles, fascia, tendons, ligaments).

 The suction created by the cups draws the skin, fascia,  and superficial muscle layers upward, expanding blood vessels and increasing blood flow to the targeted area. This process may trigger the body's natural healing response, reduce muscle tension, and help remove metabolic waste and toxins via the lymphatic system.
